Thought it might be fun for us to post links to our favorite PS threads. You can post as many as you want. I have several, but I'm sure many of them will be posted by you guys, so I'll start us off with this one:

My all time fave was Mary Alaina's about does it bother you if other people post pics of your ring. Her big beef was that she would like to post the pic herself, and add to the thread pics she would like to show. People wanted setting ideas, and someone posted her ring, and she was mad as heck. But she was hardly on line, so waiting for her to post a pic, you'd be waiting for a looong time...

I don't know how to find it but that was a doozy.

Then down the road, it turned out she copied a PS'ers ring and posted it on her blog.

Looking at the prices on that thread is making me cry even more than the ugly rings. Right now, I would totally buy some of them - just for the scrap value.

I'm fairly new here, so I'll have to think back on a fav post. My fav post is probably about some drop dead gorgeous diamond or setting though.

So I'm on page 3 (lots of drama and a wee bit of mud slinging there so I am not sure if I will continue the read, but just wanted to say two things:

Hey! PS used to have a PM option! And now I can see why they discontinued it....

and

Yes, I'm on page 3 and haven't yet seen a post from Kenny that says: "People vary"....lol.

The delay in rolling out PS 2.0 is probably the only tech roll out delay I actually enjoyed!

I remember not a single detail about that thread. Not one, as I have a terrible memory. I just remember it was like a slumber party...cozy, intimate, and a lot of fun.

Was it my favorite? I think I loved the exchanges towards the end of it, with many who have moved on... I miss belle and she was in the thick of this thread. So perhaps I am missing the old days. I would say this thread is vintage PS. Love it or not, that's how we rolled....

It's fun to show newbies how things were..

Now it's all peace love and granola...

If I didn't like PS I would have left.

I somehow missed that ame had already posted this and was about to post it myself! I freaking love reading that thread. As an engineer I can admire what he did and as a female I can't help but think that it is the sweetest thing ever.

How on earth did I miss those threads??? What an incredible story! I love Undercover's devotion to his goal and his tenacity... and also the support and gentle suggestions offered by PS'ers. Thanks for bringing them to our attention, Clairitek!

ETA I also chuckled at T-Gal's late thread realization that Undercover hadn't yet been "dusted!" I'm sure that helped ensure his success!

Some of my favorites are those in which PS'ers helped other PS'ers get themselves out of bad relationships and situations - stories that sometimes started out being questions about "the ring" but turned out to be so much more. Miss World's comes to mind... and another who felt ganged up on and had her thread deleted, but I'm hopeful that made the changes we were urging her to consider.
