Finally I have my 2.01 antique pear (GIA G colour VS1) set in a VC Emilya!! This has been a journey and around 8 months for me to get organised, pay her off, choose a setting etc...
Here is my Colette. It is definitely hard to get good close up pics on my iPhone. It's a gorgeous ring and I love it. I had gone back and forth between this and the Emilya. I let my fiancé have the final pick, as I knew that I would be ecstatic with either choice!
Here is my Emilya halo on a 2.01 G SI1 colored round, and my 3.03 radiant Y-Z VS1, I think. The radiant has the petal profile and the yellow gold enhancement cup.
I adore Victor's work so very, very much and I am excited to finally join the VC club!! Here are a few photos of my 3.2ct F/VS1 ACA in a VC cathedral solitaire with scalloped basket (size 5 finger).
This Victor Canera Sophia setting has not yet been given to it's rightful owner. She will receive it next week. This is a somewhat contemporary take on what is usually a vintage setting and diamond combination. It has a CER 2.088 / G / VS2 with tapered high crown French Cut sides.
Victor was amazing in that this Emilya with Cathedral shank was completed in 2 1/2 weeks and it is perfection. Center is 1.78, E, VS2. Couldn't be happier with the craftsmanship and true beauty of his work. The communication and attention to detail was second to none. Thanks Victor!
