Wow!!! That diamond looks a Whole LOT bigger than .79 carats!! I love the wide band and the setting altogether! What a GORGEOUS ring (and your nails look great, too, by the way!!))

Center is 1.015 F I1 by GOG. (You can''t even tell it is an I1, the prong covers the main inclusion and the rest are not visable to the eye)

Finally getting my new rings posted in the Eye Candy folder. Enjoy . . .

2.07 ct pear brilliant, E, SI2, medium blue fluorescence, 11.48 x 6.84 x 4.54, Depth 66.4, Table 54, Crown 14.5, Pavilion 44.5, Girdle medium to slightly thick faceted, Culet none, polish very good, symmetry good.

Custom rings by Quest Manufacturing. Platinum with 18K accents. E-ring has 22 diamonds of 1 pt each in halo and 42 diamonds of 2 pt each in split shank, 1.06 ctw. Wedding ring has 34 diamonds of 2 points each, 2.5 mm wide by 1.85 mm thick, 0.68 ctw. Both rings size 6.

I fell in love with it and dragged my husband down to the jewelers to look at it. Since it was my birthday he had to indulge me and actually go into a jewelers.

They have a lot of one of a kind pieces so I was like a kid in a candy store. My husband actually thought it was "cool" which is extremely high praise for jewelry coming from him.

I couldn''t have designed anything more perfect for my tastes.

Thank you! It's actually very symbolic for me because the diamonds are my birthstone and the golden sapphire is for my husband's birthstone, which would be imperial topaz for november (haven't seen a lot of citrines that I like) so with the heart shape I thought it was very sentimental.

I'm *almost* at a loss for words. It is so incredibly beautiful! I love ovals... you don't see them too often, but they are so elegant (and in your case, huge!!!). And the setting is to die for... it compliments the stone so nicely. Do you have another thread in the Show Me the Ring Forum with the proposal story, specs, more pics

, or anything like that? I searched, but couldn't find one. That baby deserves its own thread! Anyways, sorry if I'm gushing, but I love it!
