Moissanite rings from Starsgem on ebay (starsgem8)

I'm trying to read through the thread but it's so long! Can anyone share about how long it took to receive an in stock stone? Also, has anyone returned a stone they didn't like and what was that process like? Thanks!

I got my tracking number overnight last Thursday and the package arrived yesterday. I probably would’ve gotten it Tuesday had it not been for the holiday weekend. I’m in Louisiana if that helps.

As far as sending back, you’re better off just selling it on Diamond Bistro or Loupetroop because shipping back via USPS with tracking is not only risky, it’s expensive. (About $35 I believe.)

I’d contact a rep directly through WhatsApp. That’s the quickest and easiest way. They’ve had a lot of staff turnover recently, and I was working with Lucy who’s now gone, so maybe someone else can chime in with contact info for a good rep. I don’t want to recommend anyone I haven’t used personally.

They’re having a sale on Alibaba right now so that would be worth looking into, depending on what you want.

They send with DHL speedpack and it takes around 3 working days. My last ring, DHL picked up at Friday evening and delivered on Monday afternoon.

If you are ordering a loose stone and they charge $3, it can take around 3 weeks. If you ordered a ring and it says ‘speedpak’ then it should be 3 days. Can you check to see if there is tracking on ebay? If it says shipped but there is no tracking, then it could be 3 or so weeks.

Agreed! When I ordered one off eBay last year I did the $3 shipping not knowing and it took almost a month. Never again.

Also my sales rep is Alisa and she asked me to not order through eBay as it will be more expensive. Their shipping cost with DHL is $20. Should I trust them?

IMHO the antique cushions are very realistic. More so than regular cushions

Oh, ok! I thought that was for the loose stone only! Makes much more sense now as my ring was rounds, which are less expensive, plus they are much smaller.

Awww, I'm sad for you! You were so excited, but I get it. I still want that fat diamond too. I'm seeing what happens with the MMD market; hopefully things that my wallet likes!
