As low as possible is the key here. I am particularly interested in photos of such rings with 3+ct center stones.

This isn't exactly what you were asking for, but it *is* a 3.11ct, set very low, with tapered baguettes. The small rounds in front of the baguettes are 6 pts each.

Thank you mrs-b! I saw your ring when I was browsing and it did catch my eye, it is beautiful. I like the combined proportion of your center stone and the tapered band. Do you have a profile shot?

I would look at the galleries of Leon Mege & Steven Kirsch, who both do work with nice proportions on large center stones as food for thought. Doesn't mean either would be your right vendor to execute the project, but I imagine both have some good examples and often state the size of center in their galleries
