Sorry if this is in the wrong place. I thought I might get more traffic here in SMTB than RT. Is there a 7 stone band ring thread?
I know there is show me the 5 stone but would like to see how 7 stones look across the finger.
Here's the 5 stone.

If anyone out there would like to share their 7 stone please do or point me in the right direction. I'm in the market for a 5 or 7 stone to wear with my solitaire. I'm considering buying a CZ 7 stone ring for a tryout but can't even find one at a decently low price.
Thanks a bunch!

Hi Gemgirl. I'm a size 4.5 and was thinking about 1.5 tcw for a 7 stoner but am worried about it being uncomfortable against my fingers. I love your 9 stoner as well as your as that 7 stone beauty from Fortunoffs. I feel bad going to B&M stores and trying all kinds of bands on knowing that I will ultimately make my purchase online, most likely from IDJ.

Most of the times I wear a diamond band as RHR: it' a 7 round stone band, 0.74 ctw, F color, IF/VVS clarity. My ring size is 6 and all the top of my finger is covered.
My advice for a 7 stone band:
if you want round diamonds, stay in the 10-15 points/ each range;
if you like other shapes, you can dare 20-30 points/each.

I 'd like to post pictures of my diamond band for you, but I can't find the cable to transfer photos from my mobile to my pc.

Oooh I want to see your 7 stone. While extremely gorgeous I don't think I can get anything other than a round because I'm so cheap and rounds seem more affordable than the fancy shapes in a band ring. I do love that rose cut band, I saw the owner/wife of singlestone rocking that ring in yellow gold. Thank you for all your suggestions.

I found the cable...sorry, my pictures are horrible quality, but I decided to post them to give you a real life perspective.
I hope it helps. :wavey:

So glad to see this thread revived! Here's a photo of 2 of mine.

Ring 1 - all stones E VS super-ideal cuts, tcw roughly 2.2ct. Setting by DKJ.

And here's my Tiffany 7 stone bar-set ring, which I ultimately decided was a little small. Not sure on diamond quality, but they are very white and sparkly (I still have the unset stones) and they were 1.05ctw. The solitaire with it was a 2.15ct, H SI1 from GOG.

@tyty333

I'm SO glad you posted this! I linked you to a post a short while back, asking about this ring, but I think it must have slipped past you! It's just such a perfect size and I was wondering if you'd like to share a little more about it? It's lovely!

I love, love that bar set ring (actually the whole set). Your band has inspired me to look at one like it for my own solitaire, instead of a shared prong like I thought I wanted. Hard to top yours, though!!

@Leigh_ Here's a link to a the same ring on eBay. I had mine up for sale for $2k, but it didn't sell. In the end, I melted it down and still have the diamonds.

Thank you! It is exquisite, as was yours. But far out of my price range! One day...!

@Leigh_ when I was selling mine, I had it for sale for 2k because I wanted to move it along pronto, and I got no nibbles whatsoever. In the end I melted it down. Such a shame!

Yes...I was a lurker long, long before I ever posted, and I remember wanting to cry at the thought when I saw that!!
