Hi all,
I've been doing some ring shopping and have narrowed down my selection to one particular diamond:
1.20 carat, G, SI2 with an ideal (H&A) cut, VG polish, VG symmetry and no fluorescence for ~$6300. Comparing the price to BlueNile it seems like a pretty good price, but the only thing holding me back is a white, wispy imperfection that streaks across a small corner of the diamond.
I'm no expert, but perhaps the more seasoned members of this board could weigh in? Is it common for most SI2s to have some visible imperfections?
Thanks in advance for the help!
Frank
