No, not me. My brother was tested and was negative. He had fatigue, ached very badly all over, and stomach cramps. (not nausea) No fever. He felt really ill for 3 days. Obviously some other kind of virus, thank goodness.
I just got the good news my son tested negative. He still feels bad like he was beaten up so maybe an early flu...
So the really sucky news: My sister has an appointment tonight to be tested for Covid because she is symptomatic.
She lives with my mom. My mom was supposed to have additional imaging of her breast because a routine mammogram found an area of concern. Breast cancer runs in her family so this is very alarming. The hospital has cancelled my mom's diagnostic tests for 2 weeks because she has been in contact with my sister who may be positive.
Talk about crappy timing. I'm extremely stressed about this.
Best wishes for a negative result for him

I'm so sorry that your son is ill - I hope he recovers without any complications. I do want to caution you, and him, that negative results on the PCR tests are not terribly reliable - estimates of the false negative rate range from 30% to as high as 70%. Considering the time of year and extremely low incidence of flu right now, as well as his symptoms, he really needs to quarantine himself from others as if it is COVID. It could also be Lyme or West Nile or something like that, of course. He should be vigilant as to the course of his symptoms and keep in touch with his doctor, as any of those can be become serious or may require a particular treatment regimen. But out of an abundance of caution, he needs to protect others in case it is COVID.
As I just mentioned to @MamaBee, it's important to know that the false negative rate for the test for current infection is high, so anyone who is symptomatic but receives a negative result - unless it's proven to be something else - needs to quarantine themselves and take the same precautions to protect others as they would if they had tested positive. I know, it utterly, utterly stinks, but......here we are.
One family member had the test. It was required before a surgery.
I hope your son is feeling better @MamaBee and this turns out to just be a regular flu bug.
I can’t believe I’m hoping it’s the flu..He still feels rotten.
Thank you @OboeGal I just texted him what you wrote. He’s going to continue quarantining..
I’m so upset. My son lied to me that he called and he was negative. He didn’t think he had it and was concerned I was worried. He called them for the results..He does have Covid.
Oh no. I’m so sorry sweetheart. I don’t know what to say but to say I am praying he will be ok. He’s gonna make it through this. I am so sorry. Sending you and Chris bucketloads of healing dust.
