That is a great price for a ring that crisp - and it has good mm width and weight to it, which is hard to find!

If vendors won’t list the price I wish they would at least use a price scale similar to restaurants. Like ”$” means ‘you have a chance so go ahead and DM’, or “$$$$” means ‘don’t waste my time ‘cause you’ll need to win the lotto first’

But my impression is that’s not an ugly overlyhigh asking price.

I’m leaning towards them being newly cut stones, as well.
I have no real basis on that tho. Just impression.

I can’t see too much detail - maybe someone who is better versed than I and has better eyesight can point out what’s that much different in these than any of the other newly cut frienchies that have been on the market for years.

I wish vendors followed a model I've seen some east Asian CS dealers use in which they say that the price is 1,xxx 2,xxx, etc. That way I at least know if it's in the 1000, 2000, 3000 range, etc. I don't need to know exact numbers, but it's a waste for me to ask about prices for most items over 5k, but not for things that are 1-2k.

No, totally contemporary. I think a copy of/inspired by a Carrera y Carrera ring, which may have been antique inspired.

Yup, super cool! New riff on the Victorian classic Anthony Lent is famous for his renditions! The Etsy artist, Olya from Ooza Jewelry(where I got the the twins snake band)also does her own version in a claddagh! Her hand detailing is fantastic.
