Sparkley Bezel, I love your bezel set diamond band! It''s gorgeous. Would you mind sharing the stats and the band width? I was thinking of comissioning a near identical piece a while back and couldn''t decide on the diamond size and the ring width. I''d find your input really helpful.

Dinamit: Thank you! I had my engagement diamond set into a band because I disliked how uncomfortable my prong-set solitaire ring was. It''s a small diamond (we were broke college students at the time). The stats are:
weight: 0.30 ct
color: E
Clarity: SI2
Measurements: 4.12-4.18 x 2.71 mm
The band is 7mm around the diamond and tapers to 6mm. My ring size is 4.5. It''s comfortable and I never take it off! I get at least one (usually good) comment a month on it. I think it surprises people to see a thick band on small fingers, but I like it! It gives some weight & importance to an otherwise tiny diamond.

SparkleyBezel, thanks so much for sharing the info on your diamond! I think it''s the perfect size, that''s why I was asking! It just looks great, and a larger diamond would probably need a wider band, which might look too thick on your tiny fingers. I think you got the proportions just right

This is one I had done earlier this year, so there''s a thread on it somewhere The newer pictures however are MUCH better than the old ones (old ones are with the point and shoot).
