Might have to have SA bring it to me. I have such a crazy day, hair, nails, track meet, packing, a birthday luncheon...at the store closes at 7:00 pm. I may go to meet, see my son run his event, run to the mall and come home to finish packing. I just get stressed when I am about to leave town and have to cram so much into one day.

I get stressed too. DH says I am a wild woman when we are about to leave town LOL. I am running around packing and trying not to forget things, sometimes I get crabby too. I try not to though

It is on my hand! I LOVE it, and it fits well on my ring finger on both hands which is great. It is so beautiful I cannot stop staring at it.

May get a photo or two tonight but hubby home, dinner, packing etc so I am a bit frazzled...

It does. That is why I prefer the paved one to the channel one. Each band is sort of domed so it does not have one hard edge.

Apparently, the channel set one was first in terms of diamonds. Not sure when. Then came the one with the colored diamonds, which I loved in photos but really was too harsh in person. That came 5 years ago. Then this all white diamond version is about a year old. They only make a small number in each size, more in the more common sizes (50-54 I think, I am a 53) and fewer in the really tiny and really large ones. They are not easy to come by once sold out that year. It can take 6 months plus, even up to a year, for Cartier to make more.

Not great, but I did it once and dealt. There is a ferry but it can be bad if seas are rough. And we go in during the day so it is better.

Congratulations - and welcome to the club. I have had mine about a year and so far only two of the yellow diamonds have come out from the pave- which is statistically good considering there are 432 diamonds set in the three pave bands. I am interested to hear in a year how yours does. Enjoy!

Cartier takes care of it if it is not due to abuse...I am not too concerned. I will not be wearing it all of the time as I have my emerald cut band too...but I know Cartier will stand behind it.

St. Barth''s weather is balmy and lovely...sitting out by the pool at our villa in the hotel listening the ocean.

the emerald cut was done in January. I had to add another stone and remake the mounting. It is better now, a bit loose but it was uncomfortably tight the other way. Hoping to get to the photo shoot soon as long as Lisa is free. Got some nice goodies!

It should be good, Lisa and I just get so busy. I am happy with the band, did not want to do it but had no choice. It was squeezing my finger near the knuckle and it was painful. I have the Temple St. Clair stuff to do and a couple of other goodies so I am ready, but need Lisa cause I stink at photo taking where jewelry is concerned! (I am great at kids and scenery though).
