Who says I can't get another at the Gem Fair? but that's 2 months awaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!

Will wait for them to arrive before deciding. I only wanted the chryso but intl shipping was US$50 so I added the yellow tourmaline (never saw 1 IRL) to make it more worth the fee.

I wonder if I could bring them to the fair to hunt for affordable settings.

Settings are a killer! I just paid our credit card bill this month and all the settings cost more than the gems! I like me melee diamonds though *sigh*

All this came about because of my reading the Coloured Stones forum on Pricescope. I saw a post by someone mentioning that Chrysoberyl was pretty tough. I googled it and saw that it was a yellow/greeny inexpensive kind of stone (green and yellow are two of my favourite colours) and thought to myself "Oooh must keep an eye out for one of these one day!"

I had never heard of Chrysoberyl before in my life! If anyone is into that kind of yellow colour I cannot recommend Chrysoberyl enough! The sparkle is unbelievable! Especially when you consider the price!

I discovered Jeff Davies via this forum as well! You guys are so terrible for the budget!
