Metallic White Freshwater Pearls at Pearl Paradise

I'm dying to see people's pearls, too! I ordered my metallics Monday but haven't received them yet.

Do you have yours yet, 4 Ranch Girl? If so, can you share your impressions?

When I was at PP on Tuesday NL was on my cell speakerphone for 90 minutes while I was shopping for her. My teenage son took iphone pictures and sent them to her so she could see what we were getting. So here are the metallic white pearls pictures.

I never know what Jeremy is going to pull out of that vault. He brought the card board box out and said "look at these" A whole box of metallics whites and they are half gone.

On the second picture we opened one of the bags up for a picture. They are all white but funny how the ones in the middle have that pink glow in the shadow. They are really all white though.

These are the samples of the hopefully new line of metallic white earrings. They are collecting them in China right now. The only problem is that they might not have enough for a new permanent line posibably to be introduced after February. My earring are already off the card but NL's is the top pair.

Top strand regular hanadama, second from top natural hanadama (not pinked), third is freshadama and last is the white metallic freshwater.

Since you have looked at these strands, how would you describe the different overtones? I am still toying with getting one but I don't have any idea to ask for, or what to look for. Thanks!

It's exciting to get a peek at what you saw, 4Ranch Girl (thank you, NacreLover!)! The earrings look really lovely on you! I have something *similar*, 7mm freshadamas and they're very comfortable. Do they feel heavy? I love the look of the larger pearls.

erinl, It's all what you are looking for. All the metallics have a prominent green undertone which is shown in the photo below. It seems you do have a choice of overtones though. 4ranchgirl's strand has a pinked overtone, mine are silver overtone. When they selected my earrings from the card, they chose the top pair since it seemed the most silver over toned, as you can see the 4th pair down looks like it has a pink overtone.... Love the look but wouldn't match my strand.

One pair even had what looked like to me a gold overtone. My strand and earrings still look very, very white but in different light they will flash pink.

You're not the only one waiting for the large white metallics. Many of us purchased the 11MM exotic metallic studs in 2008 when PP brought in the supply of 8 way rollers. I purchased 4 pairs but none were white. Love these beautiful round pearls with metallic lusters.
