I think I like the:
2) https://www.victorcanera.com/diamonds/ags104097665005-1.322-h-vs1-ideal-hearts-arrows-round - z7ymn1 above (7.01 mm, if you don't mind the price; $11,324)
as this was one I was already looking at. Do all three of the scopes on this diamond look good?
Shouldn't the very center of the diamond be green on the ASET scope? It looks only 1/3 green with 2/3 remaining red yet. Does this mean that it will not sparkle as much?
Short answer - Red, Green or mixture all equally good.
Long answer - The middle is really not showing light return but reflection of the table driven by the pavilion mains facets. The mix of red and green just means that some of the pavilion mains are slightly above and some are slightly below a critical angle (40.7 degrees from memory) around which the light come back red or green. So, you see a mixture. The certificate is the average of those 8 facets. So, the mix does not mean anything other than the actual facets are varying around this breakpoint angle. Red or green in the middle are equally good, as is a mixture. It just tells you something about the actual pavillion mains that are averaged.
Probably explained better here - https://www.whiteflash.com/about-di...n/aset---table-reflection-whiteflash-1420.htm
