Disagreeing with me doesn't make someone indecent, unintelligent, or unkind. Supporting a racist, misogynistic liar because you think you might save some money, because you hate brown and black people, etc., on the other hand...

By the way, you never did say whether you think it's funny to mock disabled people and call other countries "shit holes."

This is disgusting and a flagrant personal attack.

@Karl_K I saw your reply before you deleted it. To be clear, I don't know how you feel about Trump's tax reform (the saving money part), or brown & black people. My point is that it's not disagreeing with me that makes people indecent, unintelligent, or unkind, but rather it's their willingness to accept and rationalize the great harm caused to others as long as one stands to benefit from Trump's actions.

I did, however, fully intend to call out your attempt to rationalize Trump's name calling by saying it's funny.

@JPie Alleging forum members are racists IS very much a personal attack, against the forum rules, and is disgusting, unnecessary, and uncalled simply because you're unhappy with an elected official or disagree with someone else's opinion.

If you (and others) can't discuss the topic in a civil manner without resorting to personal attacks, maybe you should step away from the keyboard.

I love how people will call out a random poster on the internet for "alleging someone is racist" but stand silent when the president does.

Like somehow, being accused of this crime is worse than actually DOING it.

Come soon, November!

To be fair Trump would be banned from PS for his actions that are against the TOS. But he's not here. She is.

Lapdog media? what do you call Fox? Brietbart? The Blaze? Western Journal? Sludge oops I mean Drudge? and the rest below?

I consider all of these sites/channels/etc lapdog media for the republicans.

No one has said a nasty name since Hillary and Romney, get over it.

The rise of trump? There have been soooooooo many articles about his 'rise' that if a democrat doesn't know why now? it's their own fault. We all know why.

Have you guys been reading that Trump is considering cuts in Medicare?

If he get's elected again, so be it.. then the trash will be thrown out. no worries.

Fact is that the democrats and their lapdog media have been crying wolf so much on Trump they have 0 credibility with a large segment of Americans.
Then calling people nasty names just makes people dig in even more.
If they want to understand the rise of Trump and why he will likely be elected again, some people need to just look in the mirror.

To millions we see the right and their ability to contort their beliefs as partisan hackery, to each his own.

Still doesn't rise to the level of impeachment IMO, and millions of others. It appears as partisan hackery.

When is the last time a candidate called Trump supporters names?

Even Bill Maher has said call Trump whatever you want but don't do it to his supporters. There is a difference and if you can't see it then don't be surprised when he is reelected. I could not care less what you call Trump and I don't love it when he calls people any of those things. So stop trying to compare the two.

Creative? that isn't creative that is mean? that is bullying.. that is unacceptable, we want a president who has manners.

So.. again tell me all the nastiness the 'left people' have been doing against the pure as driven snow right?

and none are funny.

Calling politicians by creative nicknames is an age old tradition.
The level of nastiness by the left to regular people is not.

edit:
Reading the list the vast majority of them are funny and not mean or cruel.

Cheated? Let me ask you something: When was Bernie a member of the democratic party? he's not a democrat period.

Regular people?

Karl, everyone on the left, right, and in between are regular people.
Sneaky way to marginalize the 'other'. :nono:

I am pretty sure Karl meant politicians and then the rest of all of us are regular people. At least that's how I read it. Who are you talking about with 'other'?

"Other" is a term for people not in your group, in this case lefties ... as in the left vs. regular people.

You wrote, "I am pretty sure Karl meant politicians and then the rest of all of us are regular people."
Really? ... that's a huge stretch.

I don't automatically assume the worst of people I don't agree with so there is that.

no matter what side you are on can we agree that ken starr opining on the overuse of impeachment is absurd?

Cheated? Let me ask you something: When was Bernie a member of the democratic party? he's not a democrat period.
Sanders and Warren are socialist.

I don't automatically assume the worst of people I don't agree with so there is that.

That wasn't the case on page three of this thread.

What in the actual hell does this mean? Anyone who does not agree with you is not "good"? I thought you could rise above this kind of nonsense.

I don't automatically assume the worst of people I don't agree with so there is that.

Me neither, but I do read what they write.

If you don't like socialists, don't vote for one.

I'd vote for a cockroach over Trump.
I'll never vote for socialists... :praise:

 Good catch! At least I asked a question and didn't call her a racist or any other derogatory term.

That is exactly what I meant.
Not sure where your coming from with it being a stretch?

 Good catch! At least I asked a question and didn't call her a racist.

But if you didn't have that imagined slight to be outraged about, then you might actually have to argue why it's perfectly acceptable to vote for a racist.

I don't have to argue anything. We all see what we see and make decisions from there. I'm not outraged at all. Are you? You seem keen to be right and virtuous so have at it.

I did, however, fully intend to call out your attempt to rationalize Trump's name calling by saying it's funny.

I forgive you for the personal attack that no way represents how I am. Everyone gets angry once in a while and says stuffs.

I said most was funny and I will specify that its in a grade/high school kinda way. What does it say that at 50 I still like that kind of humor?
Name calling about a handicap or misdirected kid are not kewl.

Yeah, I'm outraged and I don't see strong emotions as a reason to feel ashamed. Why wouldn't any patriot be outraged by how low Trump has dragged our country?

It's okay to have feelings. It's obvious that you do too given the words you've used and how quickly you're replying to everything like I am. I hope someday you'll be comfortable with owning what you feel rather than pretending that you don't feel things passionately and get angry too. (I know it's hard to read tone but I mean that sincerely.)
