2.01 Fancy Light Yellow diamond EC from Leibish which I have had for several years now. She has been in a simple setting for sometime, and now I wanted a little more oomph.

I will say after a decade of being on this forum, my taste has evolved!

I had a mishmash of designs all rolled into one....
Glamour pics from DK..... I just love working with him!
18k yellow gold and platinum, with .38ctws in VS G color diamonds. ring size 5

I'll come back with some handshots later...

Thank you LLJ!.. Yellow makes me happy and its my favorite color along with red and green for gemstones.

Oh my gosh it is SOOOOO AMAZING, even better than I imagined from the CADS!!!! Absolutely marvelous, I love everything about it, the under gallery, the bezel, the halo, the simplicity but perfect amount of details, the lower profile. The two tone...the diamond!!!!... Seriously this is as good as it gets, heirloom quality. You did good D&T!!! I am always impressed with your design ideas and always impressed with how DK puts them into reality so flawlessly. I seriously need to mail my studs to him for re-set. He still hasn't emailed me back, he must be swamped and I also should just call. After him being my jeweler for 12 years, I should have remembered to just call when I can't get through via email lol

MTG - I love me some green :lickout: I commissioned a Hexafocus concave cut from Richard a couple of years a go and he found me a green with a strip of blue tourmaline, had DK set it in a three stone, I'll definitely wander into the CS forum soon

Definitely give him a call, sometimes my emails falls through , but you know... well worth it!

Alex- I kept so many images over the years, google different ideas and pictures came up, David thought of the gallery. Since this was a larger large piece (for me) I wanted it to feel more like a "Band" type ring so it didn't catch on anything and had him set it lower than what most might prefer.
