If "imitation is the sincerest form of flattery" I would feel proud that of all the designs they produce, yours was one they wanted to offer as an exemple of excellent design, craftmanship and beauty. You will always have the "original".

On the other hand, you do lose some of the "exclusivity" of having the only one.
