Though we have many spinel collectors on Pricescope, the gem is still not widely known to the general public, as it is often overlooked or confused with ruby or pink sapphire. Well, we hope that LtlFirecracker’s ring inspires more people to collect these rare and stunning gems. LtlFirecracker’s spinel is from Tanzania’s Mahenge region, which yielded beautifully saturated pinkish-red stones.
