What does Spread: -3% means? Is there any desirable range?

Spread is the term used to refer to the face up size of the diamond, or its spread. The actual spread depends on the weight of the diamond, for example a 1 carat round should measure about 6.5mm, that is the spread. The spread percentage comes up when you use the Pricescope your Diamond tool and search by cut, in this case the spread is - 3%. Most well cut diamonds will have a decent spread for the weight, I wouldn't worry too much about very small variances.
