I have the opportunity to get 1.20 OEc/TranCut earrings? Should I go for it?

So....I''m confused. These pictures are of the ring you have, the OEC, and you want to know if you should buy a tran-cut stone to pair with this one stone, to make a pair of earrings? Is that right?
