I know!!!

I saw something fall into the dishwasher and I grabbed it while saying “did I just find it” “did I just find it?” And then when I looked in my hand and saw it was a stud,but before I got too excited, I hurriedly felt my earlobe for the other lol and when I had one in my hand and one on my ear, it was such a relief!

It’s a money shot though— would never be able to recreate that again. I guess it bounced off the oven and landed there? I’ll never know.

True story, this thread convinced me to buy insurance for my studs after seeing the crazy places people found theirs!! Glad you found it @whitewave WHAT A SNEAKY PLACE TO BE HIDING!

I put it closer to where it could be seen to take the photo! It was so far back, it sat in a groove and was completely unseen to the eye.

If I hadn’t opened the dishwasher, I would have never found it!!

That is what is really crazy about this situation! When we go to our extended family’s cottage, we always handwash dishes. So we would never happen upon that stud!

Same here! The last time we used it, it ran for 4 hours :lol:

I said to myself, “I have no idea why it would be in here but it’s one place I haven’t checked!!!”
