I see white with a blue tint, and gold. No black at all. And when I did that color test they had on here a while back, I got 100% right. Just because the original dress was blue and black, doesn't mean a "corrected" photo of the dress is blue and black. Who cares what the color of the dress is? Fire the photographer!
