Why is this diamond so cheap...seems like with the specs it has it should be much more...H&A, VVS, F color, sub 2 HCA, etc...

Poorly proportioned EGL International. It is super shallow, most ideal cut rounds with typical proportions and a 56% table will get about 61% depth. Under 60 would be a flag. Assume EGL International to be 2-4 grades optimistic. Curiously receives Excellent symmetry despite being 7.93x7.80

Cut and clarity are... no where near enough. it's like going car hunting saying you want a red sedan.

You need a lot more.
