Thanks Gecko, I think I am going to go with the 3/4 version like yours. I have WF looking into whether they can do the 2 point version non-custom so we shall see. Do you know the height of the ring by any chance?
Which looks right. I held it up to a ruler and it came in a just slighty under 2mm tall. Does that help?"

Thanks again dani, you are a dani jazz ring specialist! Well then again...the ring is named after you!!!! I am so excited. Have you ever regretted not getting the full eternity? I still think I am going to go with the 3/4 version due to sizing down the road, but I have always liked the ''idea'' of having an eternity band.
Lovemybling, thanks for your comment. You are right, my ring is shiny and clean so I should keep this band the same!
I think so. The only issue might be that the metal type stamp and WF hallmark are in there too. Not sure if they''d just move them or leave them out?Date: 3/24/2010 1:01:33 PM

Thanks again for all of your info Dani! I am just waiting to hear the verdict on the 2 pointer then I think I am going to pull the trigger. Do you think that there is room to engrave my sons name and date of birth in the inside of the back of the ring where there are no diamonds. His name is Evan so it isn''t too long plus his birthday.
I would guess they'd just move them. I have a bezel eternity band from WF as well, with 3.5-point ACA melee, and they just squeezed in a teensy "PT" and Whiteflash logo stamp between the diamonds. I thought my band (full eternity) actually ended up being very reasonably priced, so if you do want bigger stones, I think it might end up costing less than you think it might.Date: 3/24/2010 1:38:23 PM

Here''s a link to my thread about it. I think it is about 3.4 mm wide. I like how it looks by itself and how it doesn''t compete with my e-ring when I wear them together. Its total width is very close to the diameter of the side stones in my e-ring (3.5 mm).Date: 3/24/2010 2:43:11 PM

kitty bean, thanks for posting. Very interesting. I am waiting to hear on if they can do the 2 pointers non-custom. Was your 3.5 pointers custom or not? I''m willing to go 3/4 if they can do the 2 pointers. How wide is your 3.5 point bezel band? I am going to see if I can find your thread on it!

Well, I used to own a danielle jazz bezel, then I got a few other pieces in replacement, I am now in the process of getting my 5 pointers recycled and set into the Adwar 5 point bezel and should have pictures next week, but from what I could remember, like Geckodani says, its shimmery, and its quite dainty I think, but if you are interested in stacking it, then it could work, however it might look a bit lost next to your wedding band just my opinion though. To keep in the same style as your other rings, I would vote for no milgrain. If you still want milgrain, you can always add it later.

Can''t wait to see your new 5-pt bezel eternity band.![]()
I am thinking about getting a diamond band to go with my ering. Have been looking at 9-stone, U-prong of 15-pts, but I need to wear a thin spacer to proect the metal and diamonds. If there is a bezel eternity band with large enough melees, I may consider it. Hence, I''ll be waiting for your reveal.![]()
I can''t help over-analyzing. Don''t want to be stuck with expensive mistakes. Got lots of those in the past.Date: 3/24/2010 3:24:48 PM

I think as a stacker you will run into the problem of the thin band being too low to the finger. I think the Danielle band is only 1.5mm thick. When talking with Lesley about it (was considering it for my baby ring) she mentioned that it is *very* delicate, almost not there it is so delicate. I think it works great with a "smaller" diamond, under 1 ct, in a simple solitaire like Dani has, but I really think it would be lost with your e-ring and especially stacked.Date: 3/24/2010 5:20:02 PM

Hi Dreamer, I''m glad you popped by. I just got the quote for a 3/4 3 pointers in platinum it is $1475 which is quite a bit higher than I was looking to spend unfortunately. I am going to stop by a local jewelers now actually to try some things on for size comparison. I truly want to wear this as a stacker with my current set so I am thinking the smaller version may be fine. Do you like the bezel with my set better than the shared prong?
Thickness, remember that consideration as well when you think about it.Date: 3/24/2010 7:37:20 PM

oh one more thing...the band was 2.47 mm wide that I tried on at the local jewelers and the WF 1pt band is 2.3 so now I am wondering since I won''t be stacking it with my current set I might be able to get away with the 1pt version in 18kg eternity with milgrain!!!
