The shipping department put the wrong shipping label on the box. So I''m not sure where my ring is, but I''m hoping it''s safe! Vera did say that they would include a small gift, since I schlepped out to FedEx with two of my kiddos and no beautiful ring waiting for me! I trust WF 100% to fix the situation and I''m not angry at all.

I have it and love it!!

I''m just crazy busy this morning but plan to take a ton of photos of it! I can not get over how delicate and stunning the Legato is!

I don''t have the channel diamond band anymore though.

I''m sure you saw in the TTC thread that the company DH worked for isn''t in the best shape (and while we''re not going to try for baby #4 anymore, we have decided to get a puppy! lol). Anyway, DH never asked me to do this, but the return date was getting ready to expire, so I returned the ring back to the jeweler that he bought it from. I feel 100% better given we''re really watching our spending until his job is more stable (or he changes companies). DH took it ok when I told him. I think his ego was a little wounded but he understood my reasons. But I did that on Wednesday and I got the Legato yesterday, so no pictures of them together!

The funny thing is (I can laugh about it today...), if DH hadn''t gotten me the yellow gold diamond band, I would have kept my order on the palladium Keystone setting. Which is still an awesome setting but I am so madly in love with the Legato and the yellow gold, that I can''t imagine owning a different engagement ring!

Anyway, the 1 tcw band was 4mm wide and now that I have the Legato on my finger, 4mm is way way too wide! The band would have competed (and won) with the solitaire. I''m wearing a 2mm plain 18k yellow gold band from Blue Nile with the Legato and it''s a perfect match! I had asked that the shank not be thinner then 2mm or wider then 2.5mm. Just eye balling it, I would say the shank is at it''s widest, 2.1mm? Maybe 2.2mm? i''m already contemplating what diamond band I want, whenever I can actually get it, so I''ll definitely be watching which band you pick!
