Mara......I''d guess you didn''t have enough carbs in your system to fuel the workout. I''ve had the same experience and each time when I took note of what I had eaten that day and just before the workout, I had not eaten enough. I keep a tub full of unprocessed almonds and natural raisins at home and work, so I can protein/carb up a bit before a workout. I also have Myoplex (light) Protein bars and I eat one just before a workout to ensure I have enough energy to get through my 2 hour session.Date: 8/4/2006 1:44:00 AM

I worked out tonite too, I was a little tired feeling but I tried to push through. I got a little dizzy at the end, not sure if I stopped too quickly or what...but I hate that nausea feeling with lightheadedness ugh! Then I came home and did 200 jumping jacks...hahaa...extra punishment for all the crap I ate over the last two days!! Dinner was a chicken burrito from this local place...probably somewhat healthy but the burrito was huge. hehee. But I was starving!
Tomorrow night we are celebrating Greg''s birthday with friends, so that will be a full on Mexican meal with mega margaritas...but I hope to get a 2m walk in tomorrow before dinner. Maybe some more jumping jacks and then some situps to round it out for a home workout.![]()
