LOL at 'something yellow looking'!! It really could be ANYTHING, couldn't it?

From that shot, yes. All I see is something yellow her finger... looks squarish maybe, halo maybe, sparkly maybe... I would never presume to label it anything more specific than "something yellow looking" from that pic.

I''m not that big a fan of his ring, but hers doesn''t seem all that different from many of the sets we see on this thread

Is it me or does it seem like many footballers' wives have super chunky rings? Seems to be a consistent look for some reason. I wonder how much of the ring choice is based on her input vs. his?

Some of them almost look like Superbowl rings.

NO I totally agree. THe most RIDICULOUS is Shaq''s wife. I would love a great big ridiculous solitaire, but that cluster F#%! of bling..not so much!

I think Footballer wives (American and Soccer) are on a mission to outdo each other. Of course, none shall ever eclipse Mrs. Beckham in either fabulousness or bling. That woman has the ultimate in jewelry.

^^I totally agree, though. When I lived in La Jolla, California, it was obvious that the social demands of North County housewives dictated MASSIVE diamonds. I had a student whose mother sported a 20ct pear surrounded by pave. That was the largest ring I''d ever seen in my life short of the hope diamond! On average, I would say the norm was between the 2-5 carat range, and after a while, I stopped seeing them in general, as I just got so used to it.

My friends were wowed by my 1.4 when I got engaged, and when I was around my students'' parents, I felt very, verl under-blinged
