Under 1ct diamonds

Thought I’d add this little guy, one of my first diamonds I bought after discovering PS back in 2016. Just under a carat, I believe it was an H VS1. From JA.

Just the right size and style! Whiteflash 89 ACA J VVS2 in a Sholdt half-bezel setting. Clean and modern. The ring on the right that you can only see a sliver of is a Toby Pomeroy Metolius Glint band, with all of the oxidization removed.

Gorgeous! What is the spec on your channel set (half?) Eternity band?

I can finally post my beauty here! Picked up my first Whiteflash ACA diamond yesterday and I am in looooove. It's 0.718 carats, I colour, SI clarity (eye clean), set in Whiteflash's 6 prong classic solitaire in white gold, soze: 5.25.

Thank you!! I'm so obsessed with it! Took it out shopping today and under every single light setting it looked stunning. Even under direct sunlight which I was worried about because I know super ideals look almost black, it was just amazing, like a galaxy.

I’ve posted this a long time ago but she’s just had a clean so I thought she deserved a bit of attention!

0.3ct, J colour, SI1 in a platinum setting. Bought before we knew anything about diamonds. My ring size is 2.5.

I’m in the process of upgrading my wedding set so I’m wondering what to do with my original engagement ring. Either keep her as she is (but then will I ever wear her?!) or turn her into a platinum solitaire pendant. Would love ideas!

Would look stunning but the upgrade ring is ordered & I don’t have the budget to add more diamonds to make a RHR! I’d love a matching diamond to perhaps turn them into amazing earrings (they look like they would be the perfect size!) but again, I’m not sure we could afford that either right now. So I thought a pendant would be the best way of getting the most wear out of it but I don’t seem to like the DBTY style pendants or the solitaire pendants with big bales either so I’m a bit lost.

Earrings sound like a great idea! Keep her waiting in the wings (until your next anniversary perhaps?) for the next project!

Here on PS...I have seen alot of different beautiful rings...different sizes, shapes, cuts, colors, cuts and settings
And my hunger for eyecandy is always satisfied

. And as much as I love,love, love staring, and drooling over the giant sized sparklies.

There is just a special place in my heart for the more petite sized diamonds. There is just something undeniably classic and sweet about them. I mean who would imagine that such a "small" stone could generate such light.

So if you are just as hungry as I am...
post your pictures and stone specs ( if you have them) of your rings w/ 1ct or under center stone. I know when I was searching I loved to look at stones that were in my perspetive range..this would be a good look book for many people...

Earrings sound great! But, if you're thinking pendant, how about putting a bezel around her?
