One of our premium vendors top of the line diamonds are called A Cut Above and it is trademarkedEither I'm very tired which is a possibility as its 1am here, or I'm missing something. Can someone care to explain what Tiffany did? I Just see a plain old ad.

We will be looking into it. Technically our trademark is A CUT ABOVE®
However, there is sufficient confusion created here, particularly because the pitch is focused on diamonds of elite cut quality, that it may be a legally enforceable infringement on our trademark.
A quick google search turned up one from March 5th.

I have no knowledge about trademarks, but I noticed that in the link you posted the words A CUT ABOVE were in all caps. Does that make a difference?
