Nah...I don''t do GTG''s and "offline" stuff. I learned the hard way that people may seem nice online but the backstabbing and cattiness can be horrendous behind the scenes. I don''t want any part of it. PS is my haven and I want to keep it that way, which means I have to stay ignorant and naive.

I''ve only ever met Mara - and that''s because it''s awfully hard to resist an invitation to check out that J honker she has.

And even we haven''t spoken via email in many many months.

I have to say, it is going to be MUCH easier and nice to hear him give the state of the unions ever year. I stopped watching because I couldn''t handle his public speaking. And I daresay I''d probably not be into his private speaking either!

I agree, I am not sure who picked out that dress. I am sure it will be on SNL soon. But it was so exciting to see all the families together.

I was having dinner at a friends house and we decided we would take a little break and I would show her an email I had sent her that she hadn''t read yet, but her hubby was on the computer. We both met back up in the living room and the T.V. had a picture with Obama and said he was the 44th President and we looked at each other and looked at the t.v. and then looked at each other again and then I jumped up and yelled at her husband..."They just called the race!!!!!!!!!! It was a landslide!!!"

So now we really bow our heads. Please let Obama live to see his inauguration and give him the chance to lead.
