McCain gave a great concession speech. It was probably written at least a few days ago, but props to whomever wrote it. (Peggy Noonan? Does she still do such things?)

I liked McCain in 2000. If he feels any bitterness, it should be for how he was treated in 2000 by the Bush campaign.

His concession reminds me of John Edwards when he removed himself from the race ... he said he was going to step aside and let history take over.

Kudos to John McCain. Let''s hope his call for unity will be heeded.

Palin killed if for me too. I hit 22,000 posts in this thread. It''s fititng, as I was really invested in the outcome of this election.
