72-75 during the day. At night we like it cold we keep the bedroom at about 60 :)

In the summer with the A/C on we keep it about 75 as my husband is a cheapskate :)

@missy you know we have 3 already!! It is a nice part of the world :)

@december-fire it's a dry heat usually, we get southerly winds off Antarctica and our temp range in the summer is apparently very similar to Southern California. Having said that we get our stinkers too, Last Thursday on the water, drinking beer to rehydrate when it's over 100 degrees and 80% humidity :lol:
Conditions that day were calmer too...

Cold enough, yay! that we put our frozen snacks for tonight and turkey for tomorrow in my car in the garage. It's -20c with windchill today. Nothing will thaw.

When it's hot and humid here in the summer, we have the AC on from May to October. It's expensive, but the only way I can survive, being feverish 75% of the time.

Thanks @december-fire! It is a pristine part of the world only 15 mins from my house and it literally has zero reputation among the beautiful places of Australia.

@kenny likes his big boys, since dropping a bunch of weight he probably won't find me attractive anymore. ;(;(:(sad

It's 19 in Brooklyn and this is the high today. Didn't have to wait for squat rack at gym though.:appl:
 
And here I thought we were in a really deep freeze, until I read the temps of those of you north of us in Michigan--oh my word!!! We can handle the single digits, -1's & -2's, but some of your negative numbers are down right scary! :errrr:

We/the earth is approaching the end of the solar maximum, to be followed by the solar minimum, so perhaps the cooler temps are here to stay for the next 11 year or so interval. Brrrr!
 
To be fair, this is the first year in several where we've had snow for Christmas. We have a relatively brief winter in the GTA. The lake effect snow is usually dumped on Buffalo instead of us.

Just got off the phone with a friend living in northern Montana near the Canadian border.
She said that since early this morning the new snow is nearly waist high and still falling.
The temperature is -24 F and falling with a north wind nearing gale force.

Her husband has done nothing but just stare through the kitchen window all evening.
She says that if it gets much worse she's gonna let him in.

Every day it is a degree colder in the living room when I finally go downstairs in the morning and I wonder if the heat is working, so I go to the computer to see what the outside temperature is. My thinking is that if it is substantially colder outside that the problem may not be my heating system! I was surprised to see that it is only 5 degrees here at 8:00 AM. I believe that's the weather's "personal best" for my town and my house this week. ;))
 
67F over here. Not sure I would survive a winter with temps in the double negatives!
 
Its cold, and getting colder. Currently 50 degrees and feels like 47. we're expecting mid/high 30's overnight :( I do not have heat, but thankfully I have enough cold weather gear and cold weather experience to handle this. They opened shelters down here for those who need it.

8 inches predicted in NYC. As of now. And harsh strong winds. Wind chills in the negative teens and below.

At the Jersey Coast even higher winds and colder temps and higher snowfall totals predicted. Blizzard conditions and predicting 18 inches or more of snow. And the SeaStreak ferry service is canceled because the sea is frozen.:o

Well, we hit our high. its 52 degrees. It will likely get no warmer. Sooooo I'm cooking a turkey to help heat the house up (may as well right?)
