Technical questions regarding hearts pattern

Hello all! This is my first post here and I'd like to thank you for generously providing guidance and sharing valuable knowledge. I'm currently looking for an engagement ring and just want to be sure I understand a few fundamental concepts. My questions are related to the ideal proportions mentioned in the following post:
https://www.pricescope.com/community/threads/pavilion-and-crown-angle-advice.250832/
.................................................
Ideal proportions to target:
54-57 table
60-62.4 depth (prefer < 62)
34-35 crown (maybe 35.5, if paired with a 40.6 pavilion)
40.6-40.9 pavilion (maybe 41, if paired with a 34 crown)
75-80 LGF's
Inverse relationship between the crown/pavilion
HCA score of 0-2, maybe 2.5-3 if very precisely cut

First case:
- The following 2 stones conform to the ideal proportions but the 1.532 D/VS1 has cleaner hearts pattern than the 1.57 G/VVS1:
1.532 D/VS1: https://black.briangavindiamonds.com/diamond-details/bkags-104047809010
1.57 G/VVS1: https://black.briangavindiamonds.com/diamond-details/bkcags-104106086132

- And this 1.798 F VVS1 has Table% a bit higher than the upper end of the ideal range (57.3) yet its hearts pattern looks better than both stones above: https://black.briangavindiamonds.com/diamond-details/bkcags-104106339005

Second case:
- Both of the following 2 stones from HPD have ideal proportions yet one (1.72 F/VS1) has much cleaner hearts pattern than the other (1.63 E/VS1):
1.72 F/VS1: https://www.hpdiamonds.com/en-us/diamonddetail/HPD10500
1.63 E/VS1: https://www.hpdiamonds.com/en-us/diamonddetail/HPD10811

So my question are:
1) Is the cleanliness of the hearts pattern solely a function of the cut, or do size, color and clarity also play a part?
2) If a stone conforms to the ideal proportions would it surely be rated as a true hearts & arrows diamond? And with all other things (size, color, etc.) being equal, is a true hearts & arrows stone guaranteed (or at least has much higher probability) to look better than one which isn't?
3) Is it possible that a stone with a true heart & arrows pattern may look dull and one without such pattern may look more brilliant?

Thank you in advance for your insights.

Apologies, I've only just seen this!

H&A patterning is an outcome of accurate/consistent facet cutting, and (IIRC) a stone can be H&A but not 'Ideal'/SuperIdeal (and vice versa).

H&A =/= light performance.

If you are buying from these vendors, I wouldn't over analyse the pictures, because a slight misalignment in the photo (very common) will make the hearts look off, unless you can identify an axis for the tilt.

Go for the diamond that has the best bang for buck for your required stats, with the upgrade policy you are comfortable with.
