Stone fell out - advice?

Hi all, a stone fell out of my eternity band. It’s only a few years old, so i was surprised but I guess it happens. It was made by Wolf CBI, which no longer exists. Any advice on where to go to get super ideal matching stone that will also do the repair? I’m in Chicago, if that helps. Thanks!

And just as an aside, you need to regularly check the prongs on your rings. Easiest way is to see is, with a fingernail on the girdle, if any stone moves within the setting. If yes, off to the jeweller.
Unfortunately as we wear rings we might accidentally and unknowingly catch a prong on clothing or our hair and slightly lift a prong.
