I''ve been drooling over these for the last six to eight months, and the itch is getting undeniable! I though it would be nice to have a compilation of them all in one place.

So please, post pictures of your Tanzanian or Mahenge spinels, set or unset, along with any questions or info people have about the best way to go about choosing a beautifully glowing stone of their own!!

Here is Chrono''s amazing pear mounted by Whiteflash. It weighs 4.85 carats and was purchased from Eric Saul of SwalaGemTrader.

Next is Icekid''s glowing emerald cut stone. It weighs around 1.5 ct and measures 8x6.5mm. It was also purchased from Swala.

Here is my Mahenge. It is 1.3 cts. I purchased it from Swala Gem traders. I recently had it set into a ring but haven''t gotten around to taking any photos yet. I would like to get a larger stone at some point.

Silky Mahenge cut by Dan. Because of the silk and double barion cut, this stone has a very particular sparkle. Instead of shooting off the stone, the facets light up inside!

Here''s my teeny tiny one from Swala. The color is nice, but the cut could have been better (it''s pretty dark in the center). Not sure what I''ll do with it yet, probably a pendant since I''d like a bigger one for a ring

Thanks Upgradable! Both of those came from multicolour but I''m not sure they have anymore red/pink/orange ones but I could be wrong.
