Show me your pave setting erings!

Hello everyone,
I''ve been looking at all the beautiful rings on this site for a few weeks now. I happened upon this site when I was googling pave engagement rings. I am totally enamored with them and I want to see as many of them as I can.

I''m crazy about that ring, but what else have you got? This ring is the prettiest one I''ve seen on the internet.

Hi Margarita,

Here''s a pic of my pave ering setting. It''s knife edge pave 3.1mm wide and goes all the way around (eternity). There is a halo underneath the diamond and the pave band actually comes all the way up the the edge of the diamond (holding it), but you can''t really see that in this pic. That setting you posted is stunning!

Here is my pave marquise from Whiteflash. Portia, I think what your ring has is a collar, not a halo. Mine has both a collar and a halo, the halo being what you can see from the top view and the collar from the side.

Funny how this thread appears the day I''ve made the plunge. Just ordered a custom made pave'' setting with the following details:

- Center Asscher-cut sapphire (1.56ct) is bezel set
- Surrounded with round diamonds of F-VS2 quality pave'' set
- Round diamond prong set on the band half-way around.
- Total Diamond weight is 2.06cts.

Should have it in about 2 1/2 weeks. Attached is a picture from the web. I''ll post originals once I receive it.

Ditto. I love blue sapphire with diamond halo. I love the contrast in color. Post lots of pics when you get it.

Sundial / Mrs. Salvo - yes, the ring was custom made for me, by a local B+M jeweler. It is 1/2 eternity style with .66 tcw of pave stones ranging from 1.6-1.8 mm. Ring size is 4.25.

Oh my, I love that first setting you posted too. It would be my dream setting too but it''s Richard Landi and is over $5K. It''s such a shame!!

I love pave rings, mine are just plain platinum no diamonds. I''ve been begging dh to bling me up.

Rowan's Ring

Here is the thread I started back when I got my new setting. I kind of lost track of it when things started going nuts around here. I had my stone, a .52ct G VS2 H&A re-sset into this from a platinum sleek lines setting, which I loved, but I wanted more bling, so what can I say. Easy way to make a stone look larger. My stone loves it's new home. They were made for each other.

The setting is handmade 18k white gold with .50ctw G VS2 pave'. I got it from my trusted local jeweler who is a wonderful goldsmith. Then I didn't like having my poor platinum setting sitting empty in a drawer, even though it's never been the same since someone mangled it during sizing last year. So my husband had a nice little yellow sapphire set in it for me.
