I already posted the website's picture of my dress, but here are a few shots of me in it on our wedding day. The dress is Maggie Sottero's Gatsby in ivory with pewter accents. Loved every minute I spent in this dress.

My dress is the Janet Nelson Kumar Whisp in silk chiffon. I do not have a picture of myself in it as the dress was several sizes too small. As soon as I go for a fitting, I will post an updated picture. I purchased the dress at Designer Loft in New York. I found the designer's website first and she told me she would be at the store in person so I went to try on her dresses when Janet was there. Janet personally helped me try on several dresses, gave me her feedback, and measured me. They will make the dress to my custom measurements which I think is kind of neat especially for a dress under $2K.

I LOVE the all-over-lace look and the Gatsby is one dress I am considering. CurlySue, I wonder if you might mind posting a cpl of other pics of your dress from your wedding day? I am trying to decide between the Ivory Only and the Ivory with Pewter versions and more pics could really help! Also, did you make any alterations to the train? Some pics I've seen make the lace train look very long compared to the underlay, but in this pic yours looks more even? Or perhaps it's just the angle of the pic, not showing the sheerness of the lace.
