Replacement Diamond - Need Advice

I plan on purchasing a replacment round dimaond with the below dimensions/grades. Can you advise if anything looks iregular and what the cost should be? The diamond looks good to me, but I'd like another opinion.

I agree, you will not get what you pay for with an unreliable grading report. Look at GIA or AGS graded stones only.
