This is a pretty good stone, but definitely not something that should be selling for anywhere near the price of H&A or super ideal stones. So it depends on the price.
I think it depends on what your basis for ‘good value’ is, and how this diamond is being represented to you (e.g., is the vendor calling it a branded ideal cut of some sort or simply a GIA XXX diamond?). I’m not assessing the images for ‘perfect hearts’, but at a 10k foot level, it looks like a nice diamond by the numbers.
Whether it’s a good value at that price would depend (to me) on how it compares to diamonds with like specs (4Cs plus cut spec #s) available - for example - on Whiteflash, BGD, etc. I wouldn’t expect it to be the same price as them, as they offer branded super-ideal diamonds as well as other benefits in their value proposition to customers. But if it’s priced under their comparable-spec diamonds, and looks good in person, it may be a good value. If it’s priced the same as those vendors diamonds, then I wouldn’t say it’s a good value because you’d be paying super-ideal pricing without getting super-ideal performance, optics & vendor benefits.

What price is the vendor asking? It's not a bad stone by any means, but whether it's a good purchase or not depends on price. This vendor did not brand it as a super ideal cut/brand. I gave him my specs and he recommended this diamond.
