You can eek out a bit more in a rectangle, probably.
But you are going to halo it right? I mean... you won't be able to tell the difference once it is haloed. It's all going to look about the same size. And what's going to matter then is color and performance. Maybe you aren't haloing it? I can't remember.
Not to say you shouldn't keep looking. You can, and with as much money as you are spending, you should. But I do think you need to be realistic. And again, if the edges of the stone aren't bright, it's going to look smaller. So performance matters.
