Thanks everyone! It may not be perfect, but I think it looks better and I dont think I can ask any more of them. Im hoping the inclusion looking parts are just dirt because the stone didnt look like that before.
Its not the best quality photo, we dont have any good up close shots. Im happy with it the way it is and will reserve judgement for when we see it.

I'll post some photos when we do get it back!

I don't think you are being too picky at all!
To be honest I can't understand why any professional jewelry designer would make a setting like this. It is absolutely distracting from the heart shape.
I hope WF addresses this for you asap!

I've had issues trying to load the photos onto a post so I've had to attach URL link instead, I hope that's ok.

Thank you everyone for all your help and support. WF have been very responsive and I'm so glad we went with them. It's tough when things go wrong and it's an overseas order, but WF have been so good to us and more than we could've asked for.

I love the stone, it's so amazingly sparkly-my mum grabbed my hand and kept saying 'mine never sparkled that much! I'll have to talk to your dad about this!'. to be fair, her ring has sat in a safety deposit box for the past 25+ years...I don't know what it looks like and I'm not sure she does either!
