I’ve been following RingConcierge on IG for some time. That setting is so beautiful! Her original is crazy gorgeous! This is so exciting DanniiD, I can’t wait to see your ring!

I am 90% Sold with Adam's stone, but the RingConcierge offered an alternate option which has thrown a spanner in the works. And offered me this stone for an extra $2000.
Obviously better in colour but all other aspects not so great - don't think its worth the extra $$$.

I think I will take with risk with a yellower stone and I did fall in love with it when I saw it.

Yeah, I don’t think there is any way that stone is eye clean. Adam’s stone is prettier and has much better clarity. If you want to go up in color I would stick with OWD as he has a huge selection and his prices are competitive.

How was your experience with Ring concierge?

I would love to hear more about what it was like to work with ring concierge on a setting!!!

I don't want to say anything negative about the RC as they have created a stunning piece and I'm super happy with it, but I felt their customer service could do with some improvement.

Adam from Old World diamonds was such a pleasure to deal with and responded to all my crazy questions promptly and helped me find something fantastic for my budget.

So in comparison to the RG, all communication was done via email, and it would take 3-4 days to get any kind of response, so I found the process a little stressful. I feel like a 10 min phone conversation would have eliminated weeks of back and forth emails. I can understand that are very busy, but felt because I wasn't spending big $$$ my business wasn't a priority, but I was happy to wait to get want I wanted.

I felt like I took a risk, as some of my questions weren't answered, but ultimately they know what they are doing and produce a beautiful finish. I'm a visual designer and very particular in with the way things look and my brief was to find a setting that was super fine and delicate in the final finish, so a little more reassurance and better customer service would have gone a long way in my case...
