after 3 weeks of waiting around for the ring to be made, today I finally got it home. I love the simplicity of the solitaire and its double claw prongs. I initially was not sure how the L color would look but after receiving the stone loose and playing with it for a few days (as well as seeing Blingalinga and her beautiful L), I am so happy I decided on mine. Here it is from the few pictures this evening in the kitchen.

Here is one I just took. I like that it’s simple. I have two rings in halo setting and this is very different from what I have so it’s a nice change.
Thank you. I love it too and I am just enjoying the first few hours with it. I kept stare down at my hand to make it is still there, it feels like a dream.

Thank you all for your kind words and support. I went to the supermarket today and the ring flowed like crazy but I didn’t want to be so obvious that I am staring at my ring in fear of people thinking it’s weird. 
. I took a few more shots of the ring with and without my band and even my mom agrees I should wear it with a plain band. I have another L color cushion and the EC is much whiter. I am sooo happy to take a plunge to buy a stone and ring entirely online. My friends just cannot get it! They think it’s so weird that I am buying such a large priced ticket item from someone unknown or virtual site. To be honest, I was a bit nervous but I am so happy now. This community is great - but not great for my wallet. Oy this obsession.
