Hi Laila! The setting is a replica of an antique ring and was made by the designer/bench jeweler at Barsky Diamonds on Philadelphia.

Hi rosetta! The seven stone band consists of .25ct stones and is 20 years old; DH had it made by Sydney Rosen Jewelers in Philadelphia back in 1992 for giving birth to our second daughter and also for our seventh wedding anniversary that same month (hence the 7 stones) - I believe it is called a north-south-east-west setting because of the way the prongs are positioned.

The stone I have is 6mm, too! I have it in a simple pendant now and was debating about making it into a halo pendant. But I really wear rings more, too. That bench person is really good! We see great work here and not so great work, but this would fall into the great category, in my opinion!
