Oh, apachrose, when I saw your ring this morning I almost fainted. My style leans toward the modern but I am inexplicably drawn to the vintage look of rings and I would love to have an exact copy of your ring! The mix of the geometric lines of my emerald cut with the french cut sides was just so appealing to me and will be perfect for my everyday life, but, if money were no object, I would already be on the phone making myself your ring twin!

Isn't that funny, EC4me? I, too, face that same dilemma in reverse- I love and admire sleek and modern things, but, somehow it just doesn't seem truly me, just more like me trying on something beautiful!!! Even in my meager attempts at decorating my home, my style is more vintage and shabby chic (hopefully more chic, less shabby, but I'm not sure, lol) and, as much as I admire minimalist mod and mid-century I can only work it in in bits. I'm just too 'frilly' by nature . My husband and I both admired your ring and would love to have something with french cuts one day. If only money were no object is right, lol!

Hi Luv2sparkle, everyone's been so generous here that now I feel rather silly. With so many stunning diamonds on PS (yours included!), I just feel like I'm out of my league! I can't quite believe that this is my ring yet, but, that said, I'm not giving it back!
