Looking to buy setting only

I purchased a 1 carat ring in 2005 from whiteflash thanks to the information I learned here. My wife now wants to change he setting from the 6 prong Tiffany style solitaire to a halo with diamonds in the band. She doesn't like any of the choices at WF and I'm having a hard time finding a site that will sell just a setting. Any suggestions?

Brian Gavin Diamonds will sell settings only. Maybe there's something on their site she'd like. Use a desktop computer though - it's more user friendly than their mobile site.

If you already have the diamond, I would buy the setting locally. There are designers such as Ritani and Gabriel and Company that offer a LOT of halo rings. I'd see if there are jewelers who carry those brands in your city or a nearby city and go and look at their sample rings. Then if you decide on one, it can be ordered to fit your stone and in her size. I wouldn't buy a setting online when you already have the diamond. The exception would be if you want to go custom and have someone like Victor Canera or Steven Kirsch make it. It all depends on your budget.

I am positive engagementringsdirect can meet your budget and they have made plenty of nice pave halos. Steven Kirsch would be able to do it but I think it will be a bit above your budget.
