The more I look at this style, the more I like it. If you''ve got one, let''s see it!

Lumpkin, I don't think there are a whole lot of us with the Tiffany Lucida, at least, I have only seen just a few here, so far. Here are a few of my pics

eta... stone is 7.10 x 6.88 x 4.55mm

Table is 63% with 66.1% depth. Color F, Clarity VS2. I know there are some who like the specs

Absolutely gorgeous. Suzi, I just love your ring.

Thank you for sharing it with us.

I suppose you are right, there aren''t many on the board. I should have said, "X-prong solitaires" and I probably would have gotten more responses.

lumpkin, I know I gave you the link to my ring, but if you'd like a pic in here just to compare all in one spot I can post one, just let me know. (D'Vatche X-Prong)

Ellen, I would love to see your ring.

No problem! I''ll try to find a couple different views...

Here''s my Vatche Royal X-prong with a .75 stone.

Ooooh! I love the Lucida! The Vatche is beautiful as well.

My childhood friend has the Lucida and it looks so clean and elegant with her matching plat. band. She''s hankering for the Lucida diamond band for her 5-year anny!

So pretty.

Tulip, that looks beautiful and it''s a similar size diamond to mine. My diamond is .8 and I''ve been considering an X-prong. I''d love to see some more views of your ring. And got any hand shots?

Ellen, your ring is just, well, you know, my idol! Anything in the neighborhood of 1.25 - 1.5 carats in a RB is aspiration. Your pictures are excellent.

lumpkin, thank you so much! It sounds so funny to have someone idolize my ring, with all the blingy bling on here!

Here''s another view

Tulip, thank you for the pictures! I love the substance of your ring and it doesn''t overwhelm your diamond. May I ask your ring size?

Thanks!

Ellen, that''s the ideal size, for me, for a RB.

I know it''s probably on the other thread, but who makes your ring? Is it a Vatche, too?

I wonder what this type of setting would look like with a satin finish?

I wear a size 6. I liked the Vatche *Royal* X-prong because I thought it accentuated a .75 better with the band tapering a little bit toward the diamond.

Yes, D''Vatche. Hmm, satin finish...I''m not great at visualizing sometimes, but I think it would be pretty!

Tulip, I agree, your setting accentuates your stone very nicely!

Thank you tulip!

What a sweet little kitty, too! Tulip, your kitty looks like my first cat. She was a snowshoes or a ragdoll, depending on which vet you asked, and she was very loving and enjoyed being in my or my husband's lap.

She''s my sweet stray kitty who showed up at my door, and decided it was her home. She sits next to my laptop, reads with me, and helps me type.

Hi lumpkin! Here are a couple of pics of my custom X-Prong e-ring (designed to allow a wedding band to sit flush):

Wow ladies, it''s great to see all the rings, especially the rounds, with this setting. I have it as well and love the simplicity of it! Gorgeous rings everyone!

Thanks for the pics, Kerbear and JFO. What beautiful solitaires! All in white metals. Are they 14k white gold, 18k white gold or platinum? And if platinum, 900 or 950?

So many settings, so little time....
