I thought of that as I was falling a sleep last night, that WF has a similar halo and of course have modern RB''s, you beat me to posting it! It really is very similar. I''ve been following this saga, it''s a little sad that we''ll never get to see the Leon, but you''re getting a beautiful ring either way! Congratulations! Can you link us to the stone?

I can''t link you to the stone yet as I can''t send the money for a week or so..... I am afraid that someone will rush off and steal it lol!!
I can tell you its a G color and its VS2. It comes out 1.3 ex ex ex vg on the HCA. Celina at WF chose the best diamond she could for the money I have.

The setting is going to be virtually the same as the Leon but without the diamonds on the shank. I want plain sides as I will wear a plain wedding band. I also don''t trust myself with too many small diamonds!

i just can't believe the other ring did not have a return policy

i mean, i could understand if you had comissioned the piece and it was custom made to your specs but it is already made and you just wanted to see if you liked it. THAT should be returnable. crazy.

anyway, i do beleive that things happen for a reason and i have no doubt that you will get exactly what you want now. including a return policy!

I have started my new job and Gary is still trying to get used to being a stay at home dad to the five kids!! Lol bless him he is shocked at how much housework there is!! I am loving my new job though!!

Yeah I think this is for the best too ... the minute I heard you pondering REPLACING the OMC stone in the Leon I was all NO SHE DIDNT!!!!

Here you get the benefit of a super well-cut RB ... which you seemed to want vs. a slightly tinted antique cut.

ALSO - you can modify it as you have -- with plain sides!

Lol! You are right - It would have been very wrong to replace the OMC. I will let someone else buy it and love it for the beauty it is.
