It looks great on paper! Who did you purchase from and do they offer a full refund if you’re not happy with it?
It looks great on paper but I would never buy a diamond without pictures. Did you purchase it loose or will it be delivered in a ring?
I would only buy a stone without imaging if the seller has a great return/refund policy.
Even when the numbers look great, it's still possible for the arrows to appear twisted or uneven. From what I've seen, the numbers express a probability and not a guarantee of a diamond's cut quality.
1. I bought it from Novita Diamonds, they offer a 30 day refund period.
2. It will.be delivered in a ring. Will I still be able to assess the quality of the diamond properly if it is mounted in a ring?
3. Even if a diamond has perfect angles and certified hearts & arrows, is it still possible for it to have issues?
I am not an expert, just a fan of diamonds, but I'll share my perspective:
-I do not know what IGI means when they say Hearts and Arrows so I don't know how much the phrase "certified hearts and arrows" is worth without a picture to prove it.
-Perfect angles don't exist. There's a range of complimentary angles that result in awesome stones. The numbers given on a cert are averaged so some facets may be off and produce a pattern that's not crisp and even.
People have posted pics of stones that looked great on paper but had twisted/uneven arrows. Some don't mind this type of minor imperfection but others are super picky and opt to pay a premium for precision cut stones. It's all about what you like and what you want to pay for.

Here's an example of a thread with a similar question. The OP here was trying to understand the difference between great angles and precision cutting. The diamond is gorgeous but not quite perfect.
First diamond. Question on cut and light performance
I’ve done some research and this is what I purchased. I understand that D color and vvs1 can be considered a waste of money but that’s what I want. Question is will this cut be close to say a white flash ACA? I’ve looked at them with the same color, clarity, and carat and they are roughly 3k...www.pricescope.com

Why Advanced Images Matter...A Bad 34.5/40.8...
I'm just as guilty as anyone. Helping someone find a stone and run across one with that 34.5/40.8 combo. You smile. You then run through the rest of the proportions.... 57 table, 61.7 depth, 75 LGF's, 50 stars and medium-slightly thick girdle....check, check, check, check and check You...www.pricescope.com
