Hello fellow PriceScopers,
It's my first time on the forum and need your guidance. I am planning to propose to my girlfriend and need you opinion on a diamond I am considering. I have done months of research on the 4 C's, ideal proportions and studying light performance; however, I have long ways to go before I can confidently assess a good diamond. The diamond I am considering has the following specs:
GIA certified
Carats: 1.62
Cut: 3X
Colour: G
Clarity: VS2
HCA Score : 1.3
Fluorescence: Faint
I'll attach the GIA proportions below along with the ideal scope images. I understa nd the crown angle is slightly steeper than ideal, but from what I understand, a pavilion angle of 40.6 could make up for that. If you could please take a look at the ideal scope pictures I took and let me know if it's any good.
Thank you!
AA
